Arugula

Arugula is a spicy leaf lettuce with a nutty taste. This species has fairly large leaves and grows quickly: both in the sun and the shade.

Sow and grow arugula

Arugula is one of the easiest vegetables to grow.

After sowing, the seedlings emerge quickly. Water regularly, because if the plants do not get enough, they will quickly bloom.

You can quickly start harvesting leaves. As long as you leave the core, the plants will grow back naturally.

However, we recommend not waiting too long before harvesting the whole plants. The young leaves are by far the tastiest.

So sow new boxes regularly. This way you can enjoy it (almost) all year long.
