Dill
Sow in the open ground in rows or in flower pots in mid-April-July. Do not sow too densely or thin out slightly. Delicious fresh or dried with a fish dish or in a sauce. Also effective as a tea against insomnia.
Dill promotes digestion and appetite. The herb also has an expectorant and antispasmodic effect. It reduces hiccups, stomach ache, insomnia and flatulence.
